With great fanfares, EU Commission President Von der Leyen presented the so-called green plan for climate protection, which, on closer inspection, is a big bluff and is now being presented with big advertising at the European Women's Football Championship EURO 2022. Nuclear power is added to green energy, the major nuclear disasters were simply ignored, such as the meltdown in Chernobyl in 1986 with reactors of Soviet design, or before in 1979 in the US nuclear power plant Three Mile Island the accident with US made nuclear reactors and most recently in 2011 in Fukushima, Japan, when core meltdowns occurred again in US made nuclear reactors, as they came from the same series as those reactors, who were installed in the Austrian nuclear power plant in Zwentendorf, which, never went into operation thanks to the foresight of the Austrian population, decided in 1978 in a legally referendum, which got the majority against nuclear power, and Austria's Chancellor Kreisky accepted the result just as a far-sightedly too, although he was in favor of nuclear energy. The EU Commission also considers heating with wood pellets as green energy. Whole forests are used for this ecological swindle with energy from wood. In addition, the EU Commission is generously granting exceptions to Poland, the country is resisting the shutdown of coal-fired power plants like the one in Belchatów, which alone emits more greenhouse gases than Ireland every year. These Polish scumbags are extremely climate-friendly, like coal-fired power plants in North Korea. Germany is also relying on new coal-fired power plants! The Finnish city of Lahti, which switched energy production to renewable energy sources within 30 years, could serve as a role model for the EU. In 2025, Lahti should only use climate-neutral energy. But the impression is deceptive, because Finland continues to rely on the use of nuclear power. Austria's green environmental minister is more than required to turn a green bluff into a new green deal. Renewable energy can only be obtained from water, wind and solar power.
